1Who we are

AstroBhava.com is owned and operated by Vedhon Management Consultants (OPC) Private Limited, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India. Our rituals are performed at our own Vedic Yagna Ashram in Coimbatore and across our seven temples in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, by certified priests trained in traditional Padashalas. By using this website or booking any service, you accept these terms.

2The services

We offer Homas (Vedic fire rituals), Aradhana (deity rituals), Vedic astrology consultations with our astrologers, Nadi astrology readings, and the remedies our astrologers or a Nadi reading may prescribe. Every ritual is performed individually in your name — never as a group ceremony — and homas are telecast live. All services are subject to availability and to the astrological calculations that govern their timing.

3Your account & details

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in confidential and for the accuracy of what you give us — above all your birth details (name, date, time and place of birth), because your muhurta and your consultation report are calculated from them. We will never ask for your password by email, WhatsApp or phone. Corrections to birth details on an in-flight order may require your muhurta to be re-confirmed.

4Ordering & payment

Full payment is taken at booking through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways — Razorpay for payments in India and PayPal internationally. We never see or store your card details. Prices shown are all-inclusive: worldwide delivery of prasadam and yantras is free, and there are no hidden charges. All sales are final except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5Ritual dates & telecast

Your ritual date is never a fixed weekly slot. Our astrologers calculate an auspicious muhurta from your own birth details after you book, and confirm it by email within 24–48 working hours. Because the muhurta is cast for you personally, rescheduling from the customer's side is not available once it is confirmed; if we must move a ritual for unforeseen reasons at the ashram, we will tell you at once and provide a fresh auspicious date.

Homas are telecast live; your private link arrives by email and in your dashboard the day before, and the recording remains yours — it never expires. At checkout you may choose to keep your telecast unlisted (visible only to you) rather than public.

6Consultations

Consultations with our astrologers are scheduled live sittings. Your questions are collected at booking and are locked when payment completes — they are what your written report is prepared against. You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your sitting; the consultation fee itself is non-refundable from purchase. After the sitting you receive your signed consultation report (PDF) and the audio recording of the sitting — see section 8 for how long each remains available.

7Nadi readings

For a Nadi reading we search up to 10 bundles against your thumb impression at no extra charge. The leaf is identified with you, in the sitting — candidate leaves are read and you confirm or reject the identifying details — and once identified, your complete reading follows in the same sitting, with an English translator throughout. We say this plainly: finding your leaf is a blessing, not a guarantee. Our identified rate over sixteen years is about 60%. If your leaf is not identified, the full fee returns to your original payment source within 3–7 working days — never store credit. Your thumb impression may be replaced only until the bundle search begins.

8Deliverables & downloads

• Ritual telecast links and recordings — released the day before the ritual; recordings never expire.
• Consultation report and sitting audio — available in your dashboard for 30 days from release.
• Nadi sitting audio — available for 30 days from posting.
• Nadi remedies letter (PDF) — permanent; it never expires, so you can carry it to the temples for as long as you need.
• Prasadam, yantras and talismans — shipped free worldwide after the ritual concludes, per our Shipping Policy.

9Coupons

Any coupon we issue is personal: bound to your account email, single-use unless stated otherwise, valid until its stated date, and without cash value. Coupons attached to a reading or consultation apply automatically at your checkout.

10Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to provide false information, use the services unlawfully, harass our staff or priests, or attempt to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer any part of the website. All content on AstroBhava.com — text, images, recordings, reports and the Sarathi guide — is protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Your own reports and recordings are for your personal use.

11Our disclaimer

Our rituals, readings and reports are offered as devotional and traditional practice. They are for guidance and spiritual purposes only, are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we make no claims about specific outcomes. Services are provided as described, in good faith, according to Agama Shastra and Vedic Vidhi. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above always tells you the current version, and material changes will be notified on this page.
