Refund & Cancellation Policy

1The general rule

All sales on AstroBhava.com are final, whichever way you paid — on the website, through a payment link we sent you, by UPI or by wallet. This is because your booking sets real preparation in motion: a muhurta is cast from your birth details, priests and materials are assigned, and for Nadi, the bundle search begins. The exceptions below are the complete list.

2Homas & Aradhana

Your ritual date is an auspicious muhurta calculated personally for you — not a slot on a rota. Once it is confirmed, rescheduling from the customer's side is not available, and cancellation does not carry a refund. If we ever have to move your ritual for unforeseen reasons at the ashram, we will inform you immediately and provide a fresh auspicious date at no cost — and your telecast, recording, prasadam and yantra remain exactly as promised.

3Consultations

The consultation fee is non-refundable from purchase — your questions are locked at payment and your astrologer's preparation begins from them. You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your sitting; the replacement slot must be at least 48 hours ahead. A missed sitting without that notice is treated as delivered.

4Nadi readings — the refund promise

We search up to 10 bundles against your thumb impression at no extra charge, and the leaf is identified with you in the sitting. We publish our honest rate: about 60% of seekers over sixteen years have found their leaf. If your leaf is not identified — whether no candidate bundles are located, or the sitting does not confirm it — the full fee returns to your original payment source within 3–7 working days. Never store credit, never a partial amount. A short personal note from your coordinator accompanies the refund. If you cancel the search yourself before it concludes, the fee is not refundable; you may resume a paused search within 30 days.

5Prescribed remedies

Remedies prescribed in a consultation or Nadi reading — Siddhar Pooja, yantra pujas, recommended homas — follow the same rules as the ritual they are: final at booking, with the muhurta for each fixed by our astrologers from the sankalpa details already on file. The 48-day and multi-mandala yantra pujas begin with their first-day homa and then run continuously at the ashram; once underway they cannot be cancelled or refunded. Temple visits in your remedies letter are yours to make at your own time and involve no payment to us.

6How refunds are paid

Every eligible refund goes to the original payment source only — the same card, UPI or PayPal account you paid with — within 3–7 working days of confirmation. We never issue store credit in place of a refund. You'll receive an email when it is initiated and again when the gateway confirms it; if your bank takes longer to post it, the gateway reference in that email lets them trace it.
