Also spelled Karthaveeryarjuna Homam
कार्तवीर्यार्जुन होमThe thousand-armed king who never lost a battle. Invoked in fire for those waiting on a verdict, a hearing, or the return of what was taken.
The Karthaveeryarjuna Homa is a fire rite offered to Kartavirya Arjuna, the Haihaya emperor of a thousand arms, whom tradition remembers as the sovereign no adversary could overpower. When a matter passes out of your hands and into a courtroom, a registrar's file, or a stranger's judgement, this is the homa the tradition prescribes. Ghee, samidha and specific dravyas go into the fire while his verse is chanted, and the sankalpa names your case, your opponent's obstruction, and the justice you are seeking.
Its second and older reputation is for recovery. The classical shloka promises that by remembrance alone, what has gone and what has been lost is found again — which is why the karthaveeryarjuna homa is turned to for stolen property, withheld dues, blocked inheritance and disputed land, matters that so often end up in litigation anyway. At AstroBhava the rite is performed on your behalf at our Yagna Ashram and telecast live to you, wherever the case is being heard.

Sought for steadiness of mind through depositions, notices and cross-examination, so fear does not speak for you.

When your homa concludes, the yantra that stood in the fire is rolled and locked inside its silver amulet according to Agama vidhi — the practice by which the energies raised in a ritual are held within a consecrated object rather than dispersing. It is why a homa performed at our ashram can still reach a devotee ten thousand miles away: what the fire raised travels to you, sealed.
