A note on sacred tradition
As per strict Agama vidhi, no videography is permitted inside the temple sanctum — this preserves the pure sacred energies and undisturbed divine focus of the ritual. The main homa is respectfully telecast live from outside the sanctum; the daily rituals of the 48-day Anushthan are performed with full devotion but are not telecast.
Homas are telecast openly on our YouTube channel so that devotees everywhere may witness the rituals — and because we believe you should be able to see our work before you trust us with yours. How to wear your energised Ketu Yantra
The energised yantra is carefully rolled and sealed inside a sacred silver amulet before shipping. Wearing it is itself a small ritual — and even its timing is set for you personally.

Who is invoked
Ketu — the goddess of knowledge itself
Ketu is one of the Tridevi and the mother of the Vedas — the presiding deity of knowledge, learning, memory, speech, music and every art. She is depicted in white upon a white lotus, holding the veena, a book, a rosary and a water pot, with the swan of discernment beside her.
In this homa, her grace — Ketu Kataksham — is invoked through fire with your own name and birth details spoken in the sankalpa.

Classical texts place Ketu comfortably in the 3rd, 6th, 11th and 12th houses. In the 3rd and 6th he sharpens courage and helps you cut through opposition; in the 11th he supports gains through unconventional means; in the 12th, his own natural territory, he turns toward sadhana, moksha and the inner life. Placements in the 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th or 8th are read as more demanding, not as bad — Ketu asks for detachment where you least want to give it. No house makes Ketu inauspicious. What matters is his sign, his dispositor, the aspects on him and the running dasha, which is why our priests read the whole chart before fixing the sankalpa.

The rite opens with achamana, sankalpa in your name and gotra, and Ganapati puja for an unobstructed start. Kalasha sthapana and the invocation of the navagraha follow, with Ketu installed as the principal deity. Agni is kindled in the kunda and the Ketu mantra is chanted with homahuti — each offering made at the appointed syllable. The samagri includes ghee, kusha and darbha grass, sesame, horse gram, the flame-coloured flowers assigned to Ketu, navadhanya and the prescribed samidha. Purnahuti, aarti and prasadam distribution close the ritual, after which the yantra is energised in the same fire.
